Case Consultation

Case Consultation is a short appointment, usually one Hour, to discuss your situation. During this time, Attorney Lader will ask you some questions and answer your questions about the process. You are under no obligation to become a client. To clarify, Attorney Lader will not give you specific legal advice regarding your case. Attorney rules do not allow giving legal advice unless you become a client. Attorney Lader may or may not offer to accept you as a client. Case Consultation is conducted IN PERSON or via ZOOM. More details are available on the Appointment page.

Client Intake

Client Intake is an in-depth review of your case. The first step is to discuss a contract which will include a payment plan. You will then be a client. All aspects of your case with be discussed. Attorney Lader will review all of your paperwork. You will need to provide detailed answers to questions. After this appointment, your information is entered into our immigration system. Once added to this system, you will have access to receive and submit required documents electronically. Client Intake is conducted IN PERSON only.

Clients may request appointments as needed. Likewise, Attorney Lader may also request appointments. The goal is to keep both the client and Attorney Lader informed of the case status. Client Appointments may be IN PERSON or via ZOOM.  In addition, other methods of communication may be used, such as WhatsApp.

I can utilize a professional electronic interpreter during a meeting. The system is a dedicated interpretation system, not Google Translate or Microsoft Translate. You should attempt to use a live interpreter if possible. I will need to teach you how to use the system at our first meeting. If you use this system, I will need to verify your appointment request with my interpreter to ensure they are available for the time you request.

The system translates 20 languages and 42 dialects: English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish, Arabic, Greek, Russian, Hindi, Turkish, Polish, Chinese Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, Cantonese, Hebrew, Thai, Vietnamese and Dutch.
